Ordering: Order maybe placed by phone or via the internet at www.steneaviation.com. Internet shopping is a secure shopping environment for our customers. You will need the following information when ordering:
Receiving Your Products: Customer must inspect all products when received. Please contact Stene Aviation, Inc. as soon as possible if any product appears damaged or missing.
- Aircraft Year and Model
- Aircraft Serial Number
- Billing Address, Shipping Address, and phone number
- Most orders are shipped via UPS. We can also ship Fed-Ex or USPS upon request.
Return Policy: Parts that have been painted, drilled, cut, marked or altered in anyway may not be returned for refund, credit, or exchange. However, Stene Aviation, Inc. will replace any products found to be defective in materials, design, or workmanship subject to the following terms:
- The original purchaser must contact us within 30 days of receipt of the part stating the problem and invoice number.
- An RMA number must be obtained from us before any merchandise maybe returned.
- Product replacement will be made pending the results of our inspection of the merchandise.
All of our items are guaranteed. If an item does not meet your expectations, return it unaltered within 30 days of receipt and we will replace or refund your money as you request. Shipping charges are not refunded. If you find it necessary to return an item, please package it carefully and ship it insured to: Stene Aviation, Inc., 470 Regatta Rd. Hangar #1.
